Hello, I’m John, owner and massage therapist at Bespoke Wellness Center & Spa.

My passion is creating a personalized healing experience where each guest feels heard, cared for, and renewed. Massage is more than relaxation; it is a powerful tool for restoring balance, easing discomfort, and supporting your body’s natural ability to heal.

With over seven years as a licensed massage therapist I specialize in therapeutic techniques designed to address pain, tension, and restricted movement. Whether you are experiencing headaches, neck and shoulder tension, lower back pain, hip discomfort, sciatica, or simply need time to unwind, each session is thoughtfully customized to meet your unique needs.

 

My approach combines myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and acupressure to help release deep tension and promote improved mobility. I also provide simple stretches and wellness techniques you can incorporate into your daily routine, helping you continue to feel your best long after your appointment ends.
